Refunds

The Novel Formula offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. Should you feel unhappy or unsatisfied and wish to request a refund, email hello@thelanguageformula.com within 60 days of payment. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

If the issue persists for 15 business days, either party may initiate mediation. If mediation proves unsuccessful, both parties retain the right to pursue available legal remedies.
